Using Standby Staff Teachers

Contract and Permanent Teachers
Standby Staff -
Teachers can assist you and your school in sourcing contract and permanent
teachers. All you need to do is provide us with the details of the role,
start date, duration and any other requirements.
Standby Staff - Teachers will save you the time and cost of advertising,
pre screening candidates and generate a short list of suitable teachers. We
will endeavour to provide you with 1-3 suitable teachers* to interview,
organise interview times and provide feedback to all applicants. If you
decided to employ a Standby Staff - Teacher on a contract or permanent
basis you will incur an introduction fee.
We ask that schools do not directly employ our teachers on a casual,
contract or permanent basis for a minimum of six months from the teachers
last assignment at the school via Standby Staff -Teachers. Should this
occur you will be subject to the total placement fee.
